Wisdom is one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit that God uses to help Christians do the unimaginable. The gift of wisdom helps a person to make decisions from God’s perspectives. Such person will simultaneously grow in God’s fear and make decisions that will benefit his life. The gift of wisdom is not earned earthly by experience or education; it comes by relying on the Holy Spirit.

“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.”

WISDOM PRAYER – No. 1
Oh Lord, you are the father of wisdom, and I want you to shower me with wisdom. Let me have self-control. Give me the grace to accurately process my thoughts, and guide my actions to reflect wisdom. Let my wisdom be selfless, so that it can last long and also lead me to heaven. For in the name of Jesus Christ I pray.

Dear God, I desire your wisdom more than silver and gold. I want to be wise so that I can always make appropriate decisions that will benefit your kingdom and me. I understand that I may not receive your wisdom unless I commit myself to the consistent studying of the scriptures. Therefore, I ask you to please help me to be disciplined and consistently study the bible. Let me observe all your instructions so that I can be wise, and so that I can prosper in life. For in the name of Jesus Christ I pray.

Father, please make me a wise person! I understand that wisdom makes a difference between success and failure. I also realized that no one can have an abiding success without godly wisdom that comes through conscious godly fear; therefore, let me fear you. Bless me with incorruptible wisdom that will earn me an abiding success. Let my blessings stand out so that all people may praise your name on my behalf. For in the name of Jesus Christ I pray.
