Christians are called to be leaders. If for no other reason, we are to “lead” people to Christ through the examples we live out. A spouse, manager, or any other in position of authority is classified as a leader. All leaders in any capacity are expected to reflect godliness in their leadership positions.

Everlasting God, please help me to manage my position in a fashion that will glorify you. Help me to care for people and have your fear in my heart. Let me lead by example and let me motivate people to behave well and please you in their endeavors. Do not let me be carried away with any honor that is associated with my position, and sin against you. Let me serve you well, and let me serve people well. Let my leadership style benefit everyone under my command. For in the name of Jesus Christ I pray.

Lord, please teach me how to offer quality services to you so that I can be fit for your blessings. Also, please enable brothers and sister in Christ with grace to pursue good courses that will promote your name. Let brethren engage in activities that will populate your kingdom and depopulate Satan’s kingdom. Let the church be inspired by the Holy Spirit to serve you with honesty and integrity; keep them fit for your blessings so that unbelievers can witness your goodness in your children’s lives and be challenged to serve you also. For in the name of Jesus Christ I pray.

Jehovah, I understand that your goodness will abide by people that honor you; therefore, please teach me how to honor you throughout the days of my life. Let me offer services and worship that will incur your blessings. Let your glory shine upon me so that all people can witness it and glorify your holy name. Please make me a pacesetter of your glory, so that people can be challenged to praise you! For in the name of Jesus Christ I pray.

Father, please make me a good Christian, and let me be a good example for other people to follow. Help me not to be a stumbling block for other people’s grace and salvation. Let me faithfully and carefully serve you so that other people can witness this and glorify your holy name. For in the name of Jesus Christ I pray.

Dear God, please give me the grace to pursue righteous riches that will last a lifetime. Give me the grace to follow the righteous path, and not envy wicked people. Let my services be acceptable before you, and let me receive your blessings in this present life, and in heaven also. For in the name of Jesus Christ I pray.

Father, please help me not to keep ungodly relationship, but help me to maintain a relationship with godly people. Enable me to appreciate Christian values and practice them. Empower me through your Holy Spirit to keep relationships that respect your commandments.
